It was easy to install (I needed for the search function). Customizations of font are possible with support. UI is sometimes not clear so support is required. Functionally, exactly what I needed.

When we found out our theme didn't have the option to add an "Add to Cart" button a product catalog page we were bummed, but then found Carty. It was quick and easy to add the button, but we wanted it a little narrower. We reached out to the customer support team and they got back to us quickly with a little code snippet which worked perfectly. Highly suggest the app as the team behind it really cares about us sellers as well!

Never worked properly i.e. the cart number never incremented when someone added to cart. Foolishly gave them dev access to "fix" but all they did was mess my site up, and after two weeks of almost screaming at them to answer me, they have not bothered. These people are shockingly bad with their zero care of attention or service. Should never leave a customer high and dry with their livelihood at stake when their website is now messed up.

It is very convenient to use, but I found that after adding it to the shopping cart, I found that it was not the attribute I added.

I installed this app and unfortunately couldn't speak to anyone. I have sent 3 e-mails, but nothing. I want it uninstalled but again, can't find anywhere to uninstall it. Perhaps now, I need to reach out to Shopify and see if they can help me to have it removed from our backend. The App does not suit our store, the collections page gets too crowded. If there was at least communication or if we could find how to uninstall it would be ok, but we can't. Not keen to leave bad reviews but it may help other store owners.
