I have my orders set to authorize payment only and when the person cancelled the order it processed the payment before giving refund leaving me to have to pay the credit card fees on this cancelled order. Shopify does not refund processing fees. Thankfully it was a small order but nonetheless I lost money on this transaction.

I just installed your app and finished testing it on my site. I noticed that when a customer clicks to cancel their order and it is cancelled, the page doesn't automatically refresh so the cancel button remains active even though the customer has already cancelled. There needs to be a page refresh or something to avoid confusion on the customer's side. Thank you for all your hard work.

Initially the app doesn't work when Flexport is used for fulfillment. I reachout to app support, but support is very bad. They tooks ages to respond me on my query. However, I was able to resolve the issue quickly with our in-house developer.

The app does NOT work when Flexport is used for fulfillment. This should be spelled out very clearly on the App Store. We wasted a lot of time troubleshooting and pairing the Codify app with other apps for basic functions.
