Great and clear app with lots of important intuitive upsell functions. Support team is very responsive and always willing to help.

4/16/25 The new owner was very responsive and solved our problem with a few emails, replying within a few hours. They clearly have a high commitment to support. We learned that the app was recently transitioning ownership which was causing an issue with the app and app support. We weren’t able to contact support for a few weeks. Once we made contact with the new owner, the support has been excellent. Thank you! My original 1-star review follows to put this review in context and for transparency. ---- 4/9/25 We’ve been waiting 5 days for any response from support for a pressing issue. The support widget says “respond within a few hours”. We’re a paying customer since 2022. We submitted other support requests 15 and 13 days ago that also have no response. I’m actually writing this review as yet another attempt to get support to reply to our problem. After not receiving a response using the support widget from the app in Shopify after 3 days, I looked for other ways to reach support. In addition to direct email, I found several places where the app had support widgets or forms. [list of URLS removed] I will gladly update my review if support resumes. In January 2024, I received support responses within 8-36 hours, which is acceptable. The app has been working too.

It's pretty simple: if you don't use this app, you are losing money. Period. Increase AOV, sell more products, and thrive. The only app I recommend to ANY brand. 40000/10!

I always appreciate good support and this app has that. Feature wishlist: It would be awesome if we were able to set up automatic offers with a discount - it could leverage shopify's product recommendations ajax api + a few configurable rules to be able to blacklist some of the items.

Checkout Promotions is my favorite app for post purchase promotions. The developer is super receptive to feedback and very helpful, and the promotions convert really well for our store. I've recommended it for other stores, and it's always a hit. Keep up the good work!

Great app, easy to setup and offer our customers additional post purchase offers. Their support team was very quick to respond to questions. I hope they build this out with extra features and options (a/b testing, multiple offers, and a way to preview the offer page would be improvements for future development). It's a simple but very functional and effective tool as is. This is a no-brainer to add to your store, definitely recommend!
