The app is really good and their product team is outstanding and very responsive. I had an issue with the language localization and their team introduced the new language I requested in about a week.

* Very versatile and complete chat / customer support / ticket-system app. * Support is very responsive. The team even added some features by request. * The price is insane. The free package is amazing and for a fractional price you can have the branding removed and unlimited agents. * The app is in active development and will get even more features over the time. All in all we can't say anything else but: If you are looking for a powerful yet easy and beautiful chat / customer support app, look no further. Charla will most likely fulfill all your needs and do it with style :)
