Description

AI-read B2B resale & tax exemption certificates. Customers upload, you approve in one click.

Certly handles the entire lifecycle of US resale and exemption certificates. B2B customers upload a PDF from their account page; Certly extracts the key fields with AI, lets you approve or reject in one click, and marks the customer tax-exempt in Shopify. Expiring certificates trigger automatic renewal reminders, and stale ones expire on their own so you stop charging tax-exempt buyers by mistake. Built for stores selling wholesale across multiple US states.
