The customer service is terrible, the app has problems when it needs to calculate VAT costs, I don't recommend it

The app is not reliable and their support is absolutely not willing to help especially Vianny. We showed them clearly with video recording that many clients are not able to complete orders with COD and the support replies back that its working for them and left it there. No intention to help figure out why it doesn't work. When my shopify developer is testing the COD it works for him but for us in the UAE on both android and iphone and also for customers, when selecting COD, the card details doesn't disappear. I've reached out to support multiple times and same story everything. Good potential app but bad support.

Well-designed and functional app, but the customer service is disappointing. I simply asked if there was a particular feature available. After the first response from customer service, which included a video tutorial, I found that the change had already been made to my shop without my permission. After asking for everything to be put back the way it was, the main setting was not enabled, causing me damage. Fortunately, only one customer made a purchase without adding cash on delivery! Be careful!
