The app is incredibly easy to use, even with the complex constraints of my shop setup. What impressed me most was their responsiveness: the support team was quick to understand my needs and helped me get everything running smoothly in no time. Highly recommended!

Great customer support. Actually AMAZING customer support. I was unable to get a validation tuned to effectively block a BOT attack. Customer support tech Andrea set up an online call where we worked through the process to arrive at solution. He spent the time to get it right and then stay on the line to test the validation to ensure that it worked correctly. Five stars isn't high enough for this kind of support.

Update - All good. The reason I couldn't get through is timing. While it was Friday in my time zone it was the weekend there. Support has contacted me and we are working toward a solution Reviews indicate excellent support but I can't get past the screen that only shows How To videos. My first attempt at a validation blocks ALL cart entries. I need help fixing it but can't get any useful help. I know I'm doing something wrong but I don't know what

There are a few things that can be tricky to set up...BUT FEAR NOT!! This support staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have the settings just right. Sometimes it takes a couple Validations to get things set up. The only way you are getting frustrated is if you don't use the in app chat to get connected to those who can help you most. Can't figure it out...they will help! Great features and works flawlessly so far!

I just started using the app and I don't know whether it's going to work or not but the support I received from the developer was the best experience I had with any app on shopify. 5 stars for the support and hopefully 5 stars for the app

I have a few products marked as $0 in my store because I am not permitted to put the pricing online, and even though I customized the "Add to Cart" button to say "Contact for Pricing", people would still click and check out these items at $0 (products have a $4,000-$14,000 value range). This app allowed me to set a rule that products below $1 cannot be checked out and it completely stopped the $0 orders! Took me about 3 minutes to set up once I installed the app, super easy!!

Fabio has been so helpful in getting us set up to use cartblock. Our situation was a bit complicated, and he sorted it all out for us! This app does exactly what it says..it provides a clean way to block customers from checking out based on rules you set up.

I stumbled across this APP. For me it is fantastic and after 1 week of using it it has generated some good income which I was not having before. For me a wanted to block certain products from being sold to specific countries, rather than blocking the entire country. Shopify as standard blocks the whole country by removing the specific country from checking out..... however Cart Block does it differently. Well worth the monthly fee. Tech support was great. I had to use theor tech support and I was quickly invited to a video call and within a few hours the initial issues were sorted and the APP was creating turnover! Thanks for writting a great APP.

This a very promising app and beneficial for merchants who need to block certain customers or orders on their store. The support team is absolutely amazing and took the time to meet with me to resolve some issues with the app. The reason we gave it 4 stars is because there are still some issues depending on how you decide to block customers (there are multiple scenarios you can choose from). This isn't necessarily an issue with the merchant itself as there are some limitations with developing an app for Shopify. However, if you run into any issues we recommend contacting them for a one-on-one call before giving up. We highly recommend this app. There are not many options for this functionality (and honestly this may be the only one).

10/10 recommend this app - very functional and amazing customer service! I had a very specific and niche use case, I emailed customer service and Andrea was not only very prompt to respond but even released an update to his app that would allow it to work for our use case. Thank you!
