以前、割引が適用されない・デザイン崩れ・カート遷移の不具合などが続き、販売機会の損失も発生してしまいましたが、サポートの対応により現在は問題が解消されています。ただ、アプリのアップデートによってデザインが大きく変わることがあり、次回バンドルを作成する際に再度調整が必要になりそうな点は少し不安です。現時点では正常に動作していますが、今後も安定して利用できるよう改善を期待しています。

割引が適用されない状態が3日も続いています。対応も遅く、改善もされません。返事も遅く、2日目にやっとアップデートしてもらえましたが、デザインが崩れたり、カートに行かず直接決済画面に進んでしまうなど、次々と不具合が発生しています。その結果、返金対応や販売機会の損失につながっており、有料でこのアプリを利用しているのが正直もったいなく感じます。

Excellente application avec un support réactif ! C'est que que nous cherchions pour notre cross-selling mais il y a tellement de possibilité en plus que l'investissement est rentabilisé ! Bémol : Impossible de faire matcher des offres internes à Rebolt avec leur offre Upsell post purchase, dommage c'est un axe d'amélioration !
