That level of commitment is rare and truly appreciated. I recommend starting by testing the app with a store that has a low order volume. This allows you to properly understand how the system works, build trust with the service, and evaluate whether it fits your business needs. Once everything feels right, you can confidently scale up. Horrible service, especially Sonia. Too many problems and glitches. Order Instructions are not being followed by Sonia and other members. I contacted CEO once regarding all these issues few months ago after that everything was good for few months. I will have to send another complaint e-mail to CEO most likely. These people are either hate their work, or they do not know what they are doing. They respond super late, and most of the orders that should go out in 3-4 days are going out in 10-15 days sometimes which is not acceptable, resulting in bad customer experience and negative feedback, sometimes chargeback from customers. They are not responding to emails and whatsapp messages for hours even though it is within their business hours. The app is glitchy, some orders are not being shipped, sitting at the warehouse for weeks. it's just too many problems. I remember having 6 people in whatsapp group where I left twice because it takes over an hour for one of them to respond to simple questions. it's just bad.

We really tried to make this app work for our store, but the experience has been frustrating from start to finish. Core functions like pricing and variant management simply don’t save correctly, forcing constant re-editing and wasted time. Basic features such as deleting variants during import are missing entirely.

It seems that there is nobody working there.. I tried to chat with them and they never replied to me.. there is no people behind this app.. the dashboard looks very good, and very serious.. but If I can't get asnwers to my questions it's not very reliable... It's a pity because I really like taobao..

I was looking for a dropshipping app that would allow me to directly house items in China from Chinese suppliers and receive shipments from Taobao, Tmall and similar websites. Buckydrop does all this and more! I have a dedicated account manager who has worked with me on creating customized packaging options so my customers know where their package is coming from. They offer a wide range of freight options when shipping out packages to customers, always getting me the best rates. You can automate the entire customer order process which is one of the things I love the most about this service, including if an item goes out of stock with your supplier it automatically updates on your site. Overall I really could not have continued my business without their service. It's cheap, although the fees aren't completely clear since there are "packages" you can buy, but it's mostly by the order. You do have to maintain a balance on their site to fund your purchases but they have payment options in a wide range of providers. Can't recommend their services highly enough!

I have been using Buckydrop's purchasing, warehousing and parcel-packing services for 3 years now and I am very satisfied with their service. They have a wide range of other services too (e.g. white labelling, vacuum packing) that are highly customisable and competitively priced. It takes my mind off the operations so that I can focus on growing my store. I absolutely love their customer service as well. They are highly responsive and reliable. It does take a while to navigate their user interface/website though, as there are many functions and services available. Overall, I highly recommend anyone who is starting a dropshipping store to try this app.
