I've just gotten to using this app, but it's seamless than the other apps I've tried. It hasn't crashed and works well with my theme. Sean was a big help when I needed questions answered about banners, and how'd they function. He provided me with videos that were additional help to me. I agree with other reviews that this is intuitive to set-up. I did have a question about displaying a banner for a certain time-frame. I used the support chat and had a great experience with Mabel. She answered all of my questions, sent me screengrabs to clarify, and was very kind through all of it. So far, so good! I will know how well it works for showing a banner for a certain period of time in a week - guessing it will work fine and knowing if there's an issue I'll get support asap.

I like that they have features like scrolling text and rolling text, and there are several styles to choose from.
