Initially, their team reached out to us at Pets Paradise, expressing enthusiasm about our products and suggesting that we would be a perfect fit for their marketplace by a representative named Mark. Motivated by their positive feedback, we invested several hours filling out detailed application forms and compiling the necessary information to join their platform. Unfortunately, after all that effort, our application was abruptly denied by a representative named Angelica Santos. The reason provided was that they were only looking for pet brands, which was both confusing and frustrating given that we were explicitly invited to apply under the impression that our pet-focused products were exactly what they wanted. Given this experience, we have decided to continue our partnership with Faire Marketplace, where we have had consistent success and support. We also feel it's important to inform our network within the industry about our experience, to caution them about the potential miscommunications when considering Brand2Boom for their businesses. Moving forward, we will focus on collaborations and platforms that offer clear communication and value the contributions of their partners, ensuring a transparent and mutually beneficial relationship.

Very helpful to manage our wholesale catalog - imports products and inventory. We like the production reports and the ability to filter for order / ship date ranges as well.

We looked for a programme like Brandboom for years! Finally we can send out live catalogues with accurate inventory within minutes, tailor them to specific currencies, agencies all with beautiful presentation. Brandboom has saved us so much time! Retailers can buy direct on the catalogue and the deal is signed with a deposit quickly. We have also used Brandboom to send presentations to media and other non-retailer businesses. The time difference between us in Australia and support in the USA is a little troublesom, but there is ALWAYS an answer in the morning for us. Brandboom has changed our lives for the better!

This integration is easy and seem less. We have been working with BB for 4 years now. It's easy for the buyers and for our sales team.

Extremely dissasisfied. When it comes to customer service and support, Brandboom and Shopify do not communicate, and their terms are not in sync. I purchased the upgrade, only to quickly find out that the features didn't achieve what I needed them to. I immediately submitted a request for a refund. To Shopify it is a developer issue. To Brandboom it is a billing issue. Ive spent hours trying to get a resolution. If you're unsure of this product, try something else, as you may spend money only to find that it doesnt meet your needs. Add to it, the app wouldn't allow me to downgrade. I processed this once, and it didnt show up on the Brandboom side. It took more time with support, only for them to have to engage the downgrade from their side.

The wholesale app has been extremely beneficial for a quick and easy integration with Shopify as well as simple for our wholesale partners to use. The initial training and setup is minimal and user friendly. There are many design capabilities to quickly export line sheets and order forms with ease. Additionally, the Brandboom team is always willing to look into updates/changes to better serve their customers.
