the worst customer service. They charged me without my consent, and they refused to answer my messages. the customer service is awful. not recommending this app.

There is no response. ETA mentioned in the app is 2 days but we have not heard anything from them for the past 8 days since we first raised the issue with the images.

It has limited capabilities, but what they do they do great! I can design a skirt with a provider, and upload the picture directly from Shopify to Botika. Then I select the model and the setting, and they give me a photograph that really works! Right now I can't select the accessories the model is wearing, but for now is way better than any alternative. Their support team was super responsive and kind too. Worth their rate. Waiting for more capabilities and children AI-models to give them a full 5!

Honestly. This app is overall pretty good. HOWEVER, when you have issues, they don't respond to your messages. Sometimes the AI will mess up and it will cost you credits (that are quite expensive) and you won't get anything refunded and the pictures are basically useless. When it does work, it works well. Another complaint that I have is that I used Botika on 2 different stores, however on 1 store I only had a limited selection of male models while on the other I had many more to choose from. On the other store I only have male models that I don't really like and that don't match my brand. So apparently you don't get 'access to ALL models' as they state on their subscription page as I see completely different models on both stores. And when I ask them, I don't get any response. Thinking of quitting my membership because of this. In total I pay approx 130-150 per month to them, so please get back to me! EDIT: Updated my review to 5 stars because they got in touch with me and fixed everything! Now all is good and it definitely adds value to my store.

Absolutely amazing! While the beta images still need a little work with words, the production images are unbelievable. This has saved me hundreds of hours and has taken our store to a whole new level.

Took me a minute to figure out what kind of base image was suitable for the type of rendering I wanted - I made some mistakes at first. Customer service responded quickly and Avi was great to work with. Tech support is paramount with any app and Botika was amazing. Seems that they are always looking for ways to improve. I would highly recommend this app.

So far so good, I can see this app getting better and better and if the image isn’t great they work on it and send it back corrected, customer support is very good!

I would not recommend this app. From the beginning, I had nothing but issues. They charged me without giving me the credits I paid for, and trying to get in touch with them about issues is impossible. They owe me money right now and still have not returned any of my emails. Please choose another app. I would not want anyone to go through what I've been through with this app, which is so unprofessional.

Botika is an amazing app. The pictures look amazing and very professional. I recommend it to any fashion entrepreneur. Also, the customer service is amazing, they are accommodating with any problem.

Amazing app. The models are very realistic, the solution is quick and easy to use and the team is very fast at helping with any questions we had so far. Most impressive app I have seen on Shopify App Store in a long time.

Excellent app. Admittedly there were some initial teething problems but support is very responsive and the image results are brilliant (and getting better) Saved us thousands on new photoshoots already. Highly recommended.

Absolutely loving this app. I’ve been searching and sampling many apps to change the models on my product images and none of the technologies can do it properly until I started using BOTIKA. This app is unbelievable and does 100% what I am after. 100% recommended. Great photos and when they have issues they will fix them. Perfect to increase certainty of the users visiting my store. My CR is higher since I use product photos with the models of botika

Scam! Not making changes according to deadline. Do not recommend. Their support is not working. Just not answering. In the end of the day you just have picture with mistakes in your clothes and with crazy ugly hands.

Great experience so far, the customer service and support on this app is unmatched. there have been a few little issues but as soon as addressed they have been fixed straight the way. overall this has been a big cost saver for us with models and if the app keeps developing , it can only get better :)

This is the best AI program for models hands down. The models look very realistic. This program is so easy to use once you figure it out, and when the images don’t generate properly the first time they always fix it and make it right the second time. Any issues I’ve had they were quick to respond with great communication. Hoping that in the near future we can get some animated AI models to make ads with.
