From a usability standpoint, it's very technical; you'll need to hire a technical consultant to develop the scenarios. Initially, during negotiations, they'll underestimate the number of processed events you actually need to lure you in with a lower investment. Once you're signed up, they'll insist you're far below the processed events you require. They even pushed us to upgrade six tiers above our initial quote. In terms of features, it's interesting.

The latest version of the connector introduced valuable functionality such as two-way consent sync and sync product metafields. Bloomreach's team is dedicated to improving this integration with Shopify, focused on larger customer needs. Some opportunities are still present that requires us to create ad-hoc scenarios (workflows) in Bloomreach and/or Shopify to exchange information because the connector doesn't cover them natively, yet; otherwise, it would be a 5-star.

Latest integration the best yet app. Bloomreach CDP enables us to run experiments (a/b) on the site & emails, segment anything, more and more plug and plays to quickly set up scenarios for many use cases (happy birthday, welcome, abandon cart etc). Only your imagination and time are the limit.

We have been using Bloomreach Engagement for a couple of years now and it has really bought our customer facing journeys together and all in one place! We have been challenged with migrating from an older provider to a shopify store and so far the integration with Bloomreach has been smooth and the support received has been second to none! We can't wait to utilise all the new features and roll out some exciting new customer journeys through our Shopify integration!

A superb, all-in-one CDP. As a business, we were using Klaviyo but were frustrated in our inability to accurately report ROI for CRM, and other channels. The reporting feature of Bloomreach has allowed us to identify key growth channels for the business, as well as boost our CRM offering with new always-on automations that have brought a new source of income behind the everyday campaign planning.

This app is brilliant. As a business we we're challenged with migrating our ESP / CDP from an incumbent into our Bloomreach account. This project was made more challenging due to the fact we had a two week window of time to complete the process. Using this app and with the incredible support of Bloomreach we were able to make the switch over seamlessly.
