The app is great overall but when I reply to comments via email instead of logging into Shopify, they do not get approved and my comment reply is blank. I had to go in and approve/respond to them all again in the app.

Honestly, this app is the best for managing blog comments on Shopify. The built-in Shopify comment system is very basic and extremely limited: you can’t reply to comments, and there’s no way for users to interact with each other… it’s just not practical. Better Blog Comments completely changes the game! With this app, I can reply directly to comments, and even better: visitors can interact with each other. It creates a real dynamic and significantly boosts engagement and SEO on my pages. The app is also very well-designed: it looks great, integrates perfectly with my site, and is super easy to use. A special shoutout to the customer support team—I reached out to the developer with a question, and they replied quickly with clear solutions. The service is absolutely top-notch!

Better Blog Comments is not simply "better," -- it's the best. I tried multiple different free-trial apps only to learn that Bolle Apps' "Better Blog Comments" is the best in terms of features, customization and support. Patrick is the best. I've used his other app RecipeKit before (and it's amazing for recipe schema) so I knew this blog comment app would be solid as well. Finally someone is doing the work to make Shopify blog comments easier to respond to, this will really help with SEO and engaging with my audience in a non-confusing comment layout.
