Binkey has been a great addition to our customers looking to use their insurance to purchase prescription eyewear on our website. Before Binkey we had a more manual process to handle out-of-network insurance claims. It was far from ideal, and a lot of our customers just fell off at some point during the claims process. With Binkey the process is much more seamless, and we see that customers are much more engaged with this solution. If you are offering prescription services to your customers, you need to use this tool. Great service and great support.

This app is a game changer. Shelley put us on the waitlist for a while (pending Shopify approval), and just a couple of weeks ago she approached us for the app installation. She and her colleague Gus were super responsive throughout the entire installation process. Right now, more than 80% of our customers choose to use their service for purchases.
