I had a wonderful experience dealing with their team who helped me set up and provide some training. We did have a few teething issues to start with driver could not find the loading dock but this was ironed out fairly quickly. Overall the software works well and I can now accurately quote my customers for global shipping which is great. i have also saved money on my freight costs since switching to S2A. I highly recommend.
