This app is very straightforward and simple to use for basic tasks, and if you have any issues or more complex goals, the support team (Ivy in particular) are very helpful and super quick to respond! Ivy was so helpful! We finally figured out the problem after a lot of time of work.

After you use it for awhile, this app is actually very straight forward and easy to understand. But if you're someone like me who's never set-up a barcode system AND is trying to get labels to print correctly it can be a little nerve-racking. However, if I can do it anyone can! Also, I want to give a big shout-out to Ivy who patiently worked with me to get the app, my Zebra printer and Mac all working correctly together - she's a star!
