Customer service is wonderful, very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a nice experience working with them to create a barcode that was small enough to fit on my product cards while still showing all the necessary information. Ivy was extremely helpful and she created a template for me. Great tool so far!

Was able to chat with two wonderful humans who helped me add the specific label model to the lineup and got my margin issues worked out immediately! Excellent service.

I just signed up to use Magestore and was struggling to figure it out. Ivy, from Magestore showed up in the pop up and was helpful beyond belief on getting me set up. Easy to use and scanner reads barcodes easier than other apps.

Ivy was so great and answered all my questions. I just started using the app and so far it seems easy. I really think it is going to do everything I need and is very user friendly. Customer service is awesome!

The customer support is excellent. Both Aurora and Ivy were knowledgeable and patient. They worked with me over a couple of days and remembered all the details.

I love the app so far . And the tech support is amazing they helped me get my margins correct for two or three days but they got them perfect.
