When they discovered the issue it was a simple error I had made, but they were so gracious about it. I would give them a 10 if I could ,Jay made a template on the spot for me to work with and when I went to print the barcodes they didn't line up , so I messaged back and I got Ivy who so was also very patient and after a couple test prints and re adjustments my labels print perfectly
