Peccato che non ci sia un servizio di assistenza nell’app: è praticamente impossibile contattarli. Il Banner non funziona bene.

it was ok at first but full width isn't functionable after the first day of usage customer service is slow

After hours of looking for a simple image carousel that does not cost an arm I came across this app and I was saved. might take a little time to understand but it is super simple to use and very very customizable. Even the free version will have everything you need just on smaller numbers. NO LIMITS on how many slides you can put in a slider either (within reason)

I tried the Dawn default section for banner slideshow and many others available at the Shopify app store. The Banner Slider is much easier to config and Steve gave me a very good support customizing the text according to my request, with prompt response. Great job !

Steve was a really big with his team they help my images that I wanted to fix they did and they pull off a great job of doing so my website looks great!

Same as big haat. Have a huge black friday sale and the slider is breaking our page. Emailed support multiple times, and the developer weeks ago. No response. They don't care. Unacceptable. Now after this review I'm guessing they'll be responding and giving me an excuse of some sort. Lame!

App works very well and is easy to use. Customer service is quick and efficient. five stars no doubt

A great app that's easy to set up and maintain, but even more importantly, Secomapp's customer service is amazing. Fast, thorough, and incredibly helpful. I was frustrated with my current banner app and only being able to upload one picture at a time. When you're dealing with any number of pictures it's so tedious. Looking for a better solution, I had found Banner Slider in the app store and emailed them to see if they supported bulk image uploads. They replied saying they would try to add it on the next update but they didn't support it at the moment. I was prepared to continue looking for something else but they emailed me back THE NEXT DAY! saying they had added the bulk upload function to the app. WOW, talk about taking the ball and running with it. After installing and using the app with the bulk upload feature I'm super impressed with it's simplicity and now functionality as well. Saves me TONNES of time compared to by old banner app.
