We got defaced by someone with theme level access via a Marketing Agency, and BackupMaster helped us get back to yesterday's version of our theme. I'm so grateful. Very happy with this app, it's simple to install and use, and gives us peace of mind that our data is now backed up (especially in the absence of Shopify having this functionality). Alex was very helpful checking that the set up was done correctly, and this app works in the background with no need for any user intervention. Not cheap, but worthwhile.

Installing BackupMaster is straightforward: connect it from the Shopify App Store, pick your plan, and let it run its initial full backup.

I needed help backing up deleted products. The problem wasn't with BackupMaster, but with Shopify. Within a day, I received a detailed explanation of what the problem was and how I could fix it. The support is excellent and very friendly!

So far, so good. It's nice to have backups sent to Google Drive which then automatically sync locally to a computer
