Was a great functional tool to use for a number of years with our business. The CX team were always quick to respond and resolve any queries we had. Whilst our business needs have progressed, resulting in the requirments of multiple warehouse locations, this platform works very well for a single warehouse business.

I can not recommend this app at all and I would stay far away from it. It is super expensive and have only functioned as it should for about one month in total - we have used it for over 1 year and it has caused us SOO much problems and the chat support is very unresponsive. A majority of the months we have used it the Back in Stock function has not worked/showed on the site. Stay away from this app - there are 10 other apps doing the same thing for a fraction of the price.

We need an application that could work with variants (S, M, L) and this one worked perfectly for our store. Customer support was proactive and very help in regards to the installation process. Great product and data collection.

We use it in www.lepetitemarie.com since the beginning and has helped us to: - Control much more the stocks. - Be able to not loose sells. - Make profit, sending notifications to the customers. - Recover new purchases from the customers. - It also helps if you need to launch a pre-sale. The appliacion works fantastically, it is very easy to use and once is configured, it runs for ever. A basic in a website.
