The Australia Post Collect app gives you the opportunity to offer convenient out of home delivery locations to customers. Give more choice and reduce failed deliveries by allowing customers to deliver parcels to a convenient collection point rather than delivering to home. Choose from a list of post offices (many with extended hours) or secure 24/7 postal lockers. Please note that this is only available with Australia Post’s domestic contract parcel service (eParcel), and not My Post Business.
