From 27 September 2026, shops selling goods to consumers in the EU must show a harmonised legal guarantee notice before purchase. Its design is fixed by Regulation (EU) 2025/1960 and no element of it may be edited. Assay displays the notice as published in the Official Journal, matched to each shopper's storefront language, and checks your live theme to confirm it is placed. It also renders the voluntary GARAN durability label on products that qualify, and keeps a dated record of your settings.
