Track a product where you keep it, then add its lots: a code, a best-before date and the units in it. When stock goes down, the app takes the units from the lot that should leave first (earliest expiry or oldest received). A dashboard lists expired and soon-to-expire lots, with an optional daily email. Receive deliveries, write off expired units, import and export CSV, and add optional theme blocks for shopper lot checks. Lots are estimated; the app does not record which lot an order took.
