Customer service doesn't understand any concern I try to address with them related to the status of my individual products and how to best utilize their app to prevent customers adding them to their carts. Even with screenshots and detailed explanations, they are no help. I've wasted too much time with their support only to have them request a zoom that I also cannot understand what is being conveyed due to language barrier.

Wayyyyy better than any other subscription service, I've tried lots trying to find and the thing that makes appstle stand out is there customer support 10/10

We switched to Appstle Bundles and Subscriptions in Oct 2025 in time for the holidays. The apps work great plus our subscription discounts can now combine with our bulk volume discounts. Customers are happy with better control of their subs and need less of our help in managing their subs. Customer service (Drew) was super helpful. Thank you.

This app is very easy to use, straightforward, comprehensive options, and such great customer service. I haven't used many apps that don't annoy me in some way, this one has not! Very happy so far, highly recommend.

Not user-friendly at all, quite complicated, and bundles are very limited to certain page types. For example, I can't create a really good front-end offer for my landing page because the bundles are limited to product pages. And why would I send new customers, cold Ad traffic to a product page?

The app is easy to use and helped us set up bundles is like an 10 minutes. Their support is also amazing they help you with everything, even with the harder problems they took their time and figured a way to help us. If needed they can log into the store and fix the problem themselves not just giving you instructions on how to do it. 10/10 would recommend

We’re using Appstle for a subscription setup that’s a little more complex than the usual “ship every month” model, and the support team has been genuinely great to work with.
