What stood out most to me was their commitment to customer satisfaction — even after 8 months of trying, they still issued me a refund. That level of integrity is rare in this industry, and it shows they genuinely care about their users and reputation. What I loved about AppScenic: Smooth integration with major marketplaces like Walmart, Amazon, Shopify, and more. A wide range of quality products and suppliers to choose from. Responsive support team that listens and takes action, even on tough cases. Their refund policy showed me they value long-term trust over short-term profit. Where AppScenic could improve further: Simplify Returns: If a product arrives damaged, the supplier should handle the return directly without putting extra burden on sellers. This would save sellers time, stress, and unhappy customers. Extend Return Windows: Many top marketplaces like Walmart and Amazon require sellers to provide at least 30 days return policies. AppScenic should push suppliers to align with this standard across the board. Supplier Responsibility: Suppliers should be held accountable for damaged or defective products, covering the return shipping and replacement without unnecessary hurdles. Final Thoughts: AppScenic has already proven themselves as a trustworthy dropshipping partner by backing their users even months later. If they implement easier return processes and standardized 30-day return policies, they could easily become the top choice for every serious dropshipper.

They charged me on the sly and refused a refund for an unused service. Every time I tried to explain that these charges were authorized without my consent or awareness, customer service condescended me by explaining the concept of pre-authorized charges. I wonder how much revenue they receive from trying to convince people that they just don't remember signing up for a free trial. I keep a record of these things. The irony being that in September I was actually going to try out the subscription they prematurely forced onto my account, but due to the awful customer service quality I'll probably go with DropCommerce or Trendsi instead.

It has many products very good. Also you dont have to do anything to bring the product to your store

So far I'm not impressed. After taking a the subscription and spending 5 days sorting out categorising items after importing 5000 items, I quickly receive my 1st order only to find it refunded due to being out of stock WTF! I have to let my customer down, which AppScenic won't give a crap about but not only that they credit your account and so you don't actually receive your money back. It turned out that my order was cancelled due to seller in the United Kingdom (GB-2022-1365) only selling to 'exclusive' resellers who don't like competition and so are contacting the seller requesting to cancel any orders that they receive!!! If you're in the UK I would avoid wasting your time importing products from this seller, which you can still do by the way, as your order will be cancelled and you'll have an upset customer of your own to deal with. Shame because all the decent stuff in the UK is with this seller. If they won't sell to resellers, then they SHOULD NOT BE ON THE PLATFORM and resellers shouldn't be allowed to import thousands of products at a time followed by days spent adjusting each item to fit their own website. Other orders have gone through fine. I DOWNGRADED this from 4* to 1* because this seller should not be on AppScenic. Update: It goes from bad to worse. Paid subscription and after a year or so my subscription is cancelled with some nonsense that my bank wouldn't honour the subscription. The account is very healthy so I knew this was nonsense. I had resubscribe but afterwards noticed that I was now paying 10% transaction fees when these were removed a year ago. I questioned the fee and was told that trial accounts are still charged this fee. I had to resubscribe because AppScenic cancelled my subscription under bogus claims!!! More scam behaviour by this company. Beware if joining, some very strange things occur on this platform.

Very clean and organized. Great features. The follow up on service requests takes longer than I'd like, but I like the dropshipping part of their service better than the other one I have used.

Here are my key concerns based on my experience: - Lack of Professional Customer Service: Reaching out to customer support often feels like a dead end. Responses are slow and lack clear solutions, leaving issues unresolved for extended periods. - Poor Communication on Order Processing and Shipping: There is minimal transparency or updates regarding the status of orders. - Delayed shipping without notification has been a recurring problem. - Order Cancellation Issues: On multiple occasions, orders were canceled without prior communication, leaving my business scrambling to address customer concerns. - Inconsistent Product Quality: Some products received were of poor quality and did not meet the advertised standards, resulting in customer complaints. - Lack of Supplier Oversight: It seems there’s little accountability or monitoring of the suppliers on the platform, which contributes to the inconsistency in product quality and service. - Unreasonable 7-Day Return Policy for the majority of the products in their catalog: The return policy is restrictive and doesn’t allow enough time for customers to identify issues or complete returns effectively, leading to frustration on both ends. - Highly marked-up wholesale prices,compared to working directly with sourcing agents & manufacturers. - Majority of the products "Do Not" qualify to be sold on the large online (FBA, WFS) marketplaces due to branding, and trademark policies. While AppScenic offers a medium-level catalog, the drawbacks far outweigh the benefits. These systemic issues need to be addressed for the platform to regain credibility. I have moved forward with other suppliers and manufacturers that provide better service, product quality, pricing, shipping times, and a larger catalog selection. FYI: The more creditable and well-established suppliers, wholesalers, sourcing agents, and manufacturers, "DO NOT" charge a monthly fee to access any of their product catalogs or to buy from them! Note: I will assume an Appscenic representative will respond to this review with a simple "Chatgpt" statement and promise they will do better. However, from my experience using them for over a year, and submitting many customer support tickets it will still be business as usual.
