Wow... what an experience. We have just started using Checkout Components in our Shopify Plus store to help with customer notes and upsell. We had a small issue with data not flowing to ShipStation as we would have expected. Submitted a ticket and Blake just offered to jump on a call straight away to understand what was going on. Night and day support compared to other app providers. The solution is super simple to use, flexible and extensible and we are looking to expand what we use it for right away.
