Ich habe für die Video-Generierung bezahlt, aber das Tool funktioniert einfach nicht. Es erscheint nur eine Fehlermeldung („Unexpected error occurred“) – egal wie oft ich es versuche. Support oder Hilfe? Fehlanzeige. Für ein kostenpflichtiges Feature erwarte ich, dass es auch zuverlässig funktioniert. Absolut enttäuschend und nicht weiterzuempfehlen, solange dieser Fehler nicht behoben ist.
