Terible expirience, they offer free plan for 7 days and then charge you 120USD, before that i even cancel subripction. Awfull app.

I've never downloaded this extension (except to write this review) because why the HECK did it charge me $181??? I haven't even used Shopify in like 2 months after giving up on setting up a drop shipping store due to not finding a product, and THESE people (AliDrop) charged me money for q subscription I did not buy nor have access to??? PLEASE FIX AND REFUND ME THANK YOU

“ July 16, 2025 We were charged for a subscription that we didnt want to sign-up to! We tried to cancel the free trial but the app just takes you loads of screens which resulted in us not being able to cancel, and now we have been charged!! despite being given the option to extend our free trail, awful experience and a trap. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE!” exact same thing however I canceled and had all personal info erased, even switched cards and they still charged my account as they are a preferred business to banks. Total bs!

The app is not easy to set up if your account is connected to multiple stores, although it does allow product import (with several limitations). I also had issues with the subscription and found customer service to be completely non-existent. I do not recommend it.

I had nothing but issues within Shopify. the app wouldn't load at all. had to redownload multiple times. needs better support.

I am unable to access the app despite installing it, adding in payment method for the trial (I expect to be billed today!), but it keeps asking me to sign up again and refuses to even let me cancel the subscription!!
