We wanted to modify the information that was shared with customers about their orders, and omit some specific order details from the AI replies - and no one would help. We tried their own AI chat and it wasn't helpful. We tried getting a real person to reply to us to no avail. If they could improve customer support reply time and attention to reply detail it would be great.
