Add a terms and conditions checkbox for customers to acknowledge the stores terms before payments.

With Agree Terms & Conditions checkbox showing up on cart page so the customers can opt in to terms and conditions before moving to payment page. Once enabled users will be able to click on checkout and complete order. This app will add agree enabled message which will show under Additional Details section of order.
