The app charged me for a plan instead of the free-trial offer listed below. I sent info to the company, and I am getting no response. I would like a complete refund as I do not wish to use this app in the future.

The worst wholesale app!! we've been using the app for 2 years and after alot of paid custom work done the app literally stops once a week causing us huge loss in sales and every thing has to go through the support to work after waiting for long hours.
