Shocking customer service. Installed the App Friday morning and it killed my site. The app installed, but would not redirect to a sign-up / login (the page just hung) so I uninstalled the app. Unfortunately this did not remove the code it seems as my site is still locked!!! I messaged the developer Friday morning. Nothing... Waited until yesterday morning. Messaged the developer again. Nothing... Looks like we're going to have to reinstall our theme to recover the site. AVOID. UPDATE: I appreciate the response, but I completed the form in the app to make contact with you (twice) as I assumed this would be the best way to make contact. I will amend the review shortly as I don't want to harm a small business, but perhaps you need to double check that the contact form is working correctly? We have since found another solution, but thank you for offering to take a look.

Works wonderfully, exactly as it should, especially practical is the direct customer activation by email and the possibility to include a file upload in the registration. In contrast to some other plugins of this type, it does not affect the store speed. The only disadvantage is that it can only be operated in one language, hopefully it will become multilingual.

The app is very user friendly and setup is a breeze. The customer service is phenomenal, I received detailed email responses in real-time and they thoroughly understands the needs of their customers. They were able to walk me through use-cases and general utility pointing out what works as well as if there any limitations.

Does exactly what it says it does. Has infinite customization, is reliable, and pretty easy to set up. Love it.

We needed an App to capture additional customer information and this one fit our needs perfectly. We've been using it now for a couple months and everything has worked great....very happy...highly recommend.

Great application, works perfectly and with a very nice interface. EXCEPTIONAL customer service EXCELLENT, responds very quickly and finds solutions to my requests. I still apologize to the developer if I send email after email, because it's my store and I want everything to work fast. I sincerely apologize for disturbing him because sometimes it's a holiday. In the end I am very happy with this application and also with their other application Log (I have both applications) and special mention especially of the customer service. A great app that works perfectly and is a must-have for any site (like a wholesale site) that needs to have shoppers register and be pre-approved to shop. It's worked perfectly from day 1 and the talon team provides almost immediate support, and has been a great help with any questions and tips, like how to add a link to the sign- up form in your main menu.
