Of course the dev team is in a different time zone than we are, but nonetheless they were very engaging, did not hesitate to trouble shoot our campaign issues and quickly set up a Zoom call to engage our team and remedy the issue (which turned out to be my operator error (PEBKAC: An acronym for "problem exists between keyboard and my chair" ).
