The services is great, I wasn't sure if this app was going to resolve our issue and Bruce was willing to help us with a new feature. What an amazing way to actually get a 1:1 solution. I have being looking for that workaround for months, I'm sure not only us but a lot of stores will get the benefit.

I hardly leave reviews on apps in Shopify because I would like to keep my store private, but I am very appreciative of Bruce from Advanced Automatic Discounts. I wanted to set up a few discounts that involve a GWP with min spending, stacked with a quantity discount, and first order discount. All of these discounts on the backend, without all the usual discount tables on the frontend. Bruce was very supportive, took the time to understand my requirements, and created a custom solution for my business which I could edit at anytime on my own. Most apps are unable to do this because they only provide a one for all solution, but Bruce has provided exceptional value which will keep me as a long-term subscriber to his app and services.

I was looking for the function to provide fixed discounts based on Customer Tags and product catalog (which is not possible in Shopify). Currently it shows the discount label on cart page and checkout page. Developer says they are also working on feature to show the discount price/label on product and catalog page. But still happy for now.

Our little nonprofit store needed the ability to give a certain segment of our customers a discount, and Shopify did not enable the method (Automatic Discount by Order). When I found the Advanced Automatic Discounts app I was hopeful. After installing, it works flawlessly! Our customers get the discounts and we don't have to pay exorbitant fees. The customer support is superior! Of course the dev team is in a different time zone than we are, but nonetheless they were very engaging, did not hesitate to trouble shoot our campaign issues and quickly set up a Zoom call to engage our team and remedy the issue (which turned out to be my operator error (PEBKAC: An acronym for "problem exists between keyboard and my chair" ). Ben is a superior developer committed to delivering the highest level of customer service! I look forward to many years of engagement and look forward to seeing new apps from them!

Had a very fast response to a complicated discount ‘glitch’ when various discount and non discount products got added to cart.
