Without my permission, they used my store products inside their admin app, which is a serious data violation. We don't share our store products outside our store, and this was not disclosed prior. That’s a major breach of trust and raises serious security concerns. When I raised this, their response was: “It's only admin access that helps us to fix if something is wrong with the campaign. What's your phone number, please? And our manager will call and explain everything.” This is exactly the problem — dismissing merchant concerns instead of respecting data boundaries. Merchants deserve transparency and control over their stores. I cannot recommend this app.

Even if the app has certain permissions, it’s COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE for staff to take action using my store data without consent. That’s a major breach of trust and raises serious security concerns. When I raised this, their response was: “It's only admin access that helps us to fix if something is wrong with the campaign. We had a question, the chatbot asked us to email the question in, so we did. We got a reply within 2 minutes. It was great, no waiting in limbo for a reply. Great service! 5-Stars

I have tested 20+ bundle apps and Adoric is definitely my favorite. You can tell an app is going to be good when they've put a lot of thought into the UX and made it so easy to use. There are a ton of bundling features and a lot of customizability in the UI as well. What I love even more is that I've posted a few feature requests and got immediate responses to every single one and most are being worked on. Support has been extremely responsive and helpful. Hoping for a long journey with Adoric!
