I was having a problem setting it up. And right away in my chats Sana asked if she could call. She did and walked me through the process. It was quick and easy. Customer services non-existent. - Reached out through chat, no response - Sent an email, no response - Signed up for a meeting, nobody showed up - Called the phone number on their website, but nobody answered Working on this for over a week, trying to get a hold of somebody. Unfortunately, they're just not there. I like what I see on the front-end, but I'm unsure if we're fully compliant with accessibility on our website. I'm having trouble getting the audit part to work at all. Mention something about credits; there's no information on the app or on their website.
