My email name not my shop name, how to change this? change the email name................................................................

I have not seen this app in action yet, but the setup was very self-explanatory & the messenger help was relatively quick to reply.

simple to set up. wish I could customize the email that goes out, but all in all not bad for a free app.

Very useful FREE app! I can now stop worrying about my visitors's abandoned carts. Needs some improvements though. It would be great if we could customize the emails, add our own words, some colors etc...

Great App... Great abandon cart emails sent in a timely manner to all abandon carts with email. I would definitely recommend this app.
