Support agents lose time switching between Zendesk and the Shopify admin. Setloop removes the switch: when a ticket opens, the requester's orders appear in the sidebar across every connected store. Agents can refund (full, partial, or shipping-only), send Replacement orders, edit items, cancel with restock, and manage tags -- each action attributed to the agent on the order timeline.
