Cash on Delivery orders are often placed without genuine intent, leading to failed deliveries and return shipping costs. This app calls the customer after checkout and asks them to confirm or cancel using their phone keypad. Confirmed orders are tagged for fulfillment; declined or unanswered orders are cancelled automatically after configurable retries, so merchants only ship orders customers actually want. Calls, outcomes, and costs are tracked in one dashboard.

• Automated phone calls confirm or cancel Cash on Delivery orders
• Declined or unanswered orders are cancelled automatically
• Configurable retry attempts for missed calls
• Dashboard shows order status, call history, and billing
• Customizable call script and confirmation language
