Simply Restock keeps buying and receiving in one document. Create a purchase order, pick a supplier and destination, and add products with the picker or by scanning a barcode. Mark it ordered and Shopify shows the units as incoming at that location. Receive in as many deliveries as it takes, accepting and rejecting counts line by line, and only accepted units move into available stock. Update a received order later and the stock follows. Suppliers, costs, notes and a timeline live on the order
