When another app creates a discount code, it defaults to not combining with your other discounts, and no store-wide setting changes that. Customers lose promotions you meant them to have. CombineSync groups your discounts by the app that created them, from Shopify's own record. You choose what each app's discounts combine with: product, order and shipping. Nothing changes until you ask. The first scan is read-only, every app arrives switched off, and each change, skip and failure is logged.
