For cash-on-delivery merchants that is misleading: a COD order is only a promise, and a returned parcel costs shipping both ways while earning nothing. Munafa computes true net profit per order from your real costs: product cost, shipping, packaging, gateway fees, COD fees, and return shipping. COD counts as revenue only once delivered, returns appear as losses, and a COD versus prepaid split shows which payment method earns money.
