Looks AI collects reviews that include the reviewer's height, weight, size purchased, and a fit assessment such as runs small, true to size, or runs big. The app automatically sends review request emails after purchase, and merchants can also request reviews for past orders. Reviews display on the product page in a widget where shoppers filter by body stats, size, and fit tags, and view photos and videos. Merchants can browse and filter all submitted reviews from the app dashboard.
