A customer buys a gift card in your shop and fills in who it is for, who it is from and what it should say. Once the order is paid, Kartuu creates a real Shopify gift card and sets the text on a card in your colours, with your logo and one of six templates. The card goes to the recipient as a PDF, or you hand it over yourself; the line item is fulfilled either way. You see every order with its state and can preview the card beforehand.
