From 27 September 2026, Regulation (EU) 2025/1960 requires traders selling to EU consumers to show a harmonised notice on the legal guarantee of conformity, in the consumer's language. Where a producer includes a durability guarantee that runs over two years and covers the whole product, the GARAN label must be shown as well.
