Overdue Owl tracks every fulfillment order against your ship deadline and alerts your staff once when it's actually late. The clock starts when a held or scheduled pre-order is released, not when it was placed, so released pre-orders aren't flagged the moment they return to Unfulfilled. Each order gets one alert per rule, with a full trace showing why it was or wasn't flagged. Set different deadlines by delivery method, shipping line, tag or location.

• One alert per order, never repeated every time rules run
• Clock starts at hold release or scheduled-ready date, not at checkout
• See exactly why any order was or wasn't flagged, with a full trace
