Since 19 June 2026, EU consumer law (Article 11a) requires online stores selling to EU consumers to provide a working "withdraw from contract here" function. This app adds that button to your storefront. A customer looks up their order, selects the items withdrawn from, and confirms in a separate second step. The confirmation is timestamped and signed, the customer receives the required acknowledgement email, and you manage each request, refund status and withdrawal window from your admin.
