Ad dashboards credit the last click, so word of mouth, podcasts and creators go unseen. TracePoll adds one question to your Thank you page and order email and saves each answer with its order. You see orders, revenue, order value and customer value by channel, next to what last-click tracking recorded. Add follow-ups, NPS and extra questions for the right orders, send answers to the tools you use, and get a weekly summary of what customers wrote. Set up in minutes, with no theme code.

• One question on the Thank you page and in your order email, no theme code
• Revenue, order value and customer value by channel, net of refunds
• See what last-click tracking misses, side by side with survey answers
• Follow-ups, NPS and extra questions shown only to the orders you choose
• Send answers to Slack, Google Sheets, Shopify Flow, GA4 and webhooks
